Winery and winemaking

Alcoholic fermentation is done in vats for 3 to 4 weeks with temperature control.

We also make winemaking in French oak casks.

After running off, Malo-lactic fermentation takes place in barrels.



The wine is raised in French oak barrels between 18 and 24 months in a chai
By controlling the percentage of humidity.
