The Château Enclos Haut Mazeyres
The castle enclosure High Mazeyres is our first wine, it represents our idea of elegance, a silk dress on a velvet leg.
Slightly wooded wine, fruity a pleasure for lovers of pleasures taste.
All year round we strive to respect the plant and the fruit in order to enter the healthiest harvest possible in our wine cellar.
Winemaking takes place for long weeks in the cellar in stainless steel and concrete vats in order to extract the maximum of the work done to the vine for many months.
All our vats are thermo-regulated to be able to master a maximum of temperatures and to refine our wine during winemaking. For this wine malolactic fermentations are made in barrels.
The Château enclosures high Mazeyres passes 18 months in barrels (70% in 300l and 30% in 400l) before being bottled.
We produce between 15 000 and 25 000 bottles of the castle enclosure high Mazeyres.
This wine is mainly marketed in export, in restaurants in France and abroad as well as in cellars.
