The Château Hermitage Mazeyres
The Château Hermitage Mazeyres is our second wine, it also represents our idea of elegance, and is derived from the assemblies of the other vats of the harvest
All year round we strive to respect the plant and the fruit in order to enter the healthiest harvest possible in our wine cellar.
Winemaking takes place for long weeks in the cellar in stainless steel and concrete vats in order to extract the maximum of the work done to the vine for many months.
All our vats are thermo-regulated to be able to master a maximum of the temperatures and refined our wine during the winemaking.
For this wine malolactic fermentations are made in vats.
We produce between 20 000 and 25 000 bottles of the Château Hermitage Mazeyres.
This wine is mainly marketed to the export, to the large distribution in France and abroad as well as to the traders.
