Château Hermitage Mazeyres is our second wine, it also represents our idea of elegance.
It comes from the blending of the other vats of the harvest.
All year round we strive to respect the plant and the fruit in order to bring in the healthiest harvest possible in our winery.
The vinification is carried out for many weeks in the cellar in stainless steel and concrete vats in order to extract the maximum from the work done in the vineyard over many months.
All our vats are thermo-regulated in order to control the temperature as much as possible and to refine our wine during the vinification.
For this wine, malolactic fermentation is carried out in vats.
We produce between 20 000 and 25 000 bottles of Château Hermitage Mazeyres.
This wine is mainly marketed for export, in the mass distribution in France and abroad as well as with wine merchants.
